We may also collect basic technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type and pages visited, to help us keep the site working well.

We use the information you give us to:

• Assign the right chauffeur and vehicle for your trip
• Contact you about your booking, changes, or pick-up details

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing messages you did not ask for.

When you continue from our website to our booking page, that reservation system is operated by a third-party booking platform. Information you enter there — payment details, passenger names, and trip specifics — is handled according to that platform's own privacy practices. We receive the reservation details needed to provide your ride.

We share information only with those who need it to deliver your service: your assigned chauffeur, our dispatch and reservations team, and the booking platform that processes your reservation. We may also share information when required by law. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We keep reservation and contact information for as long as needed to provide service, handle billing and any follow-up, and meet legal or accounting requirements. After that, it is securely deleted.

Our website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function. We may use simple, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are most useful to visitors — this data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Notice at collection. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, phone, email), trip details (pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, times), and basic website usage information. We collect this to provide and confirm your rides, and we keep it only as long as described above.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide your ride. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request.

To make a request, call (714) 353-1221 or email reservations@bestridetransportation.com. We will verify your identity by matching details from your reservation, confirm receipt within 10 business days, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with your written permission. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may also ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing — we do not.

We protect the information you entrust to us using industry-standard safeguards, limit access to the people who need it, and store it only with providers who take security seriously.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
