Terms & Conditions

Best Ride Transportation provides personalized, chauffeured ground transportation throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County, as well as approved long-distance trips to San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Phoenix, AZ. Every reservation is a private ride with a professional chauffeur — never a shared or ride-share service.

Reservations may be made through our booking page or by calling (714) 353-1221. A reservation is confirmed once we acknowledge it by phone, text, or email. Booking requests submitted through our website are requests until confirmed by our team.

Please provide accurate pick-up and drop-off details, dates, times, and passenger counts. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect booking information.

Quotes are provided before your ride and are based on vehicle type, route, date, and duration. Special occasions may require a deposit to hold the date — for example, our standard event deposit is 20% of the quoted fare.

Final charges may include gratuity, waiting time, stops, parking, tolls, and airport fees where applicable. Any balance is due at the completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up are not charged. Cancellations within 48 hours of pick-up may be charged the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full fare.

To change or cancel a reservation, call (714) 353-1221 as early as possible — we will always do our best to accommodate you.

For airport arrivals, courtesy wait time begins at the scheduled pick-up time. Domestic flights include a grace period; extended waits beyond that are billed in increments. For non-airport pick-ups, chauffeurs arrive early — waiting time beyond 15 minutes may be added to the fare.

We monitor flight schedules for airport transfers, but we are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, weather, traffic, or events beyond our control.

For everyone's safety and comfort, smoking, unlawful activity, and intoxicated behavior that endangers the chauffeur or vehicle are not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by their party.

Child safety seats are available on request when arranged in advance; please mention them when booking.

All rides are performed in fully licensed and insured vehicles by professional chauffeurs. Our liability is limited to the amount of the fare for the affected reservation. We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, severe weather, or mechanical failure — though we will always arrange an alternative whenever possible.

Personal belongings are carried at the passenger's risk. Please check the vehicle for your items before departing; found items can be reclaimed by contacting us.

We may substitute equivalent vehicles when necessary for maintenance or availability. In extraordinary circumstances — severe weather, emergency, or government action — we may adjust or cancel service, and we will notify you promptly and refund any prepaid amounts for service we cannot provide.
